: A multinational, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, forced titration, 2x2 factorial design study of the efficacy and safety of long term administration of nateglinide and valsartan in the prevention of diabetes and cardiovascular outcomes in subjects with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) (NAVIGATOR)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of long-term administration of nateglinide and valsartan on the progression to diabetes in subjects with impaired glucose tolerance at increase risk of a cardiovascular event.

PRE DIABETIC PATIENTS WHO HAVE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
