I have been a member of the primary care faculty since 1997. I would identify myself as a clinician and a clinical teacher. As a senior member of my group I hope that I am a mentor to junior faculty and that my various responsibilities at the medical school, and in the department bring experience to the many nuanced priorities of the division and the medical school. As an experienced educator I fill the role of assisting learners from second year medical school to third year residents as they work toward independent practice.
