Dr. Bart is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and Emergency Medical Services (ABEM), with specialty training in EMS and Tactical Medicine. He completed his residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and received his fellowship training in EMS through SUNY at Buffalo. He
currently works as an attending physician in the Emergency Department at the Erie County Medical Center.
Dr. Bart is the Operational Medical Director for the Buffalo Fire Department, Lancaster Ambulance, Seneca EMS and several volunteer fire/EMS agencies.
Dr. Bart is a subject matter expert/instructor in emergency medical services, response to aggressive deadly behavior events and mass casualty incidents.
Dr. Bart is a member of the Tactical Emergency Medicine Section of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and a fellow of the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP)
