I am a clinician-educator dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care while training the next generation of primary care physicians. As the lead Physician for Primary Care at the Hertel Elmwood Internal Medicine and UBMD Youngs Road Clinics, I am responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and for preparing future primary care physicians to practice state-of-the-art outpatient medicine.
A central focus of my role is medical education. I strive to ensure that residents and students at the University at Buffalo receive comprehensive, hands-on training in ambulatory care, while also providing meaningful opportunities to engage in research and scholarly activity within the outpatient setting.
