UBMD Physicians' Group at Conventus

Several of UBMD Physicians’ Group’s practices are together in one building, on one floor providing care for Western New York. Located on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, it’s more convenient than ever for you and your loved ones to access the health care you need.

Conventus is our newest and largest location, which allows us to have many of our practices on the same floor in one building. This makes it much more convenient for you and your loved ones to access the care you need in one location. Because our new location is on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, our physicians have more opportunities to collaborate with other medical professionals, providing you with the highest level of care.

Our offices are on the fourth floor of the Conventus building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus in downtown Buffalo. When you get into the elevator, it’s labeled as the UBMD Outpatient Center.

Conventus is located at 1001 Main Street, 4th Floor, Buffalo, NY 14203.

To send mail to your doctor’s office, simply note the office name first, followed by the mailing address. Example: UBMD Pediatrics, 1001 Main Street, 4th Floor, Buffalo, NY 14203.

There’s a parking ramp located beneath the Conventus building. The entrance is near the corner of High and Washington streets.

Valet parking is available for $7 for 0-3 hours; $9 for 3-9 hours; and $11 for more than 9 hours.

You can also self-park for $2 for each half-hour, to a maximum cost of $10 (2+ hours).

Additionally, there’s ample parking on and around the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. You can use parking ramps, surface lots or on-street parking. To see a list of all current parking options on the medical campus, please click or tap here.

For street parking, several meters on the campus can be paid directly at the meter or by using the Buffalo Roam app. Using the app allows you to extend your parking session remotely.

The medical campus is served by several bus lines and the NFTA Metro Rail. Using the Metro Rail from any point on the line, get off at the Allen/Medical Campus stop. You can also take several bus lines. Click or tap here to get full details on public transportation options.
