Our specialty care providers are actively looking at every patient appointment and evaluating the best way to connect with you about your child’s care. Your specialty provider’s office will contact you to discuss options for any upcoming appointments.

Checking-in to your CareConnect visit
Just like an in-person appointment, your child must be scheduled for a CareConnect virtual appointment.
Follow these steps to attend a scheduled CareConnect Appointment
- Make sure the device you're using has Google Chrome, Safari or Firebox browser. Our telemedicine service is only compatible with these internet browsers.
- When it is time for your appointment, make sure you are either on wi-fi or in a place where you have good internet service.

- Your CareConnect visit will check you in via the secure doxy.me platform into your specialty provider's waiting room, and the call will start once your provider is ready.

1. Check-in. Our office will provide instructions on how to check-in for your virtual appointment. You can check-in from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
2. Start Appointment. Your provider will join the visit.
3. Care Begins. You’re ready for your virtual appointment! Be sure to thoroughly discuss the reason for your visit and address any concerns you may have.
